Every product comes with a free trial so you can test it before buying. If it still isn't right for you, you can get your money back.

1. 14-day money-back

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.

2. how to ask

Write to support@parliamentsounds.com with the e-mail you bought with (or your order number), or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Purchases are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which issues the refund to your original payment method.

3. what happens to your licence

When the refund is issued, the serial is deactivated on every computer and the licence ends.

4. your legal rights

This policy adds to, and never reduces, the rights you have by law — such as the 7-day right of withdrawal in Brazil (Consumer Defence Code, art. 49), or the withdrawal rights for digital content in the European Union and the United Kingdom, as explained at Paddle's checkout.
